You’re only moments from the shoreline, with beach access via a scenic private path.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

  • Check-in begins at 4:00 PM
  • Check-out is at 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee and is based on availability. The minimum age to check in is 21.

How many pools does the resort have?

Our resort features two inviting outdoor pools:

  • A zero-entry heated lagoon-style pool for all ages
  • A separate relaxation pool with jacuzzi, adults-only until 6pm daily

Poolside cabanas and food & beverage service are also available seasonally.

Are there dining options at the resort?

Yes, guests can enjoy fresh coastal flavors at:

  • Seacrest Restaurant and Terrace (casual, sit-down restaurant)
  • The Patio Bar & Deck (outdoor dining and drinks)
  • Driftwood Rum Bar (craft cocktails and bites)

Do guest rooms have kitchenettes or microwaves?

All rooms include a mini-refrigerator and coffee maker. Select suites and upgraded room types may include kitchenettes or microwaves. Please inquire at booking if you have specific needs.

Is there a spa onsite?

Yes. Rejuvenate at The Spa at Sonesta, our full-service retreat offering massages, facials, body treatments, and nail services, all designed to restore your balance and serenity.

Does the resort provide transportation from the airport?

While we don’t offer an airport shuttle service, we’re happy to assist in arranging transportation to and from Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV) or local Hilton Head airports.

Taxis, rideshares, and private car services are available.

Are pets allowed at Sonesta Resort Hilton Head Island?

Yes! We’re delighted to welcome your furry companions.

Sonesta Resort Hilton Head Island is pet friendly and welcomes well-mannered dogs up to 40 pounds each with no breed restrictions. Guests traveling with dogs will be assigned to the first floor, and up to two (2) dogs are permitted per accommodation.

Please note a pet fee of $100 per day is charged, up to a total of $300 per stay.

Please notify us in advance so we can ensure your pet’s stay is as comfortable as yours.

Is there laundry service available?

Yes. We offer dry cleaning and laundry services to keep you fresh throughout your stay. Please contact Guest Services for pickup arrangements.

Is parking available onsite?

Yes, complimentary self-parking is available for all registered guests. Valet parking may be offered during peak seasons.
